Thortful – Mother’s Day Cards

Every year I struggle with buying a Mother’s Day card and then I saw an advert on Instagram and decided to order my cards from Thortful this year. They had a great deal on that it was 4 x A5 cards for £10 plus £1.99 postage.

They arrived within 3 days and I have to say I was impressed with the quality. They are printed on super thick card, good quality envelopes which would be perfect for posting and not get ripped easily. They also included some Mother’s Day coupons as a little freebie. The cards also had no chance of getting damaged as they arrived in a cute little cardboard box and not a flimsy envelope.

I did take advantage of the 4 cards for £10 deal and got two birthday cards for friends and a card for Ethan’s bonus mum (dad’s girlfriend) as a kind of thank you for everything she does for him. I feel it is important to include the girlfriends on days like this as they are helping raising your child as well and they are a big influence on them.

I loved their wide range of cards and the fact that they support independent artists and its not all mass produced and mainstream.

Simple things like it arriving in a pretty box and a follow up email to make sure you get your order is what makes me want to return to a company.

I didn’t realize mum had ordered from them last year and she loved them too and agreed it was worth the money. I don’t tend to recommend a company unless I would use them again. Their app is SO simple to use and user friendly which to me is a major selling point. They also update you regularly about your order which is brilliant if you leave it late like myself.

Mum and I did Mother’s Day early and she loved her card. We love Gavin and Stacey so I got her a Nessa card and wrote the message inside as if I was Nessa speaking. Best card I have got her in years I reckon.
