Everyone in our family loves a board game evening and this christmas season we wanted to find new games that get everyone involved. We have been gifted “5 Second Rule” as it covers all the ages in our house (10-37) and the company are convinced that everyone will love it so let’s see how we get on with it.
Enchanted Forest Game [AD]
Enchanted Forest is a game that’s perfect for younger players who want to get involved in board games but they want to play a little more seriously. It is designed to be a game filled with adventure and made for players aged 4 and over and it’s perfect for 2 to 6 players.
WordStacker – The Fun Word Game [AD]
WordStacker is a card game of stacking, stretching, and mixing up words to score points to win. Quick to set-up and easy to learn and play. It’s for 2-6 players over 15-30 minutes. The kids were a bit sceptical at first but surprise, surprise they quickly started praising the game when they were winning.
Botanists Board Game [AD]
In Botanists, players tend to a small area of land to grow flowers, which they then hope to sell. As botanists, each of the players has three small plots of land dedicated to growing the most popular flowers among their usual clients.
Carcassonne Review [AD]
Carcassonne is a classic board game and despite it being released nearly two decades ago it has sold over 10 million copies and counting.
