As Sports Day is around the corner for most people it’s great to include everyone with the activities. With the Max and Ivy very own story book and sports day kit it means all ages can be involved. We love this set and Ezra had great fun copying his big brother with the bean bags and egg and spoon races.

The book is lovely and not too same old as it has comical elements, included so it can include older readers too as well as the younger nursery / preschool age.
We really liked the size of the spoons as it made the egg and spoon race a lot more accessible for children who are still developing their fine motor skills or might not have as good skills as their peers. Personally I think the sacks did need to be stronger and slightly bigger as I don’t think they will last long but either way it was fun. We really did enjoy it and it included all the traditional sports day games.
