Ruth Kudzi is a qualified coach, teacher and mentor who has helped thousands of women worldwide change the way that they work. She is passionate about helping others, as she was the woman who sat at her desk thinking, ‘Is this it?’.
This isn’t my usual type of book and definitely not something I would pick up in a bookshop but it just spoke to me. I think it’s because I’m trying to work on me and how I develop a plan of action for this blog. It’s definitely hit home on a few of the topics mentioned in the books.
Ruth has such a fresh response and her approach isn’t full of fluff it’s just clear and concise. It’s also not an idiot guides which is what makes me hate almost self help guides.
It’s given me a new found confidence within my role of running this blog. It has made me reanalyse what I want out of it and how to achieve it. I suppose I forgot what I wanted from it and this relit that fire in my belly.
My favourite chapter is number 7 which is about time and how you use your time wisely and how to plan. The mapping your year section really spoke to me and I’ve started to make a vision board of what I hope to achieve this year.
