Do We Recommend Sleepy Head?
If you want a short answer then yes, I was skeptical at first massively but after a few nights of using it I really noticed how better I was sleeping and how much better I felt. I now use it with the kids when they are unsettled and struggling to sleep as they love the smell and are convinced its witches magic as it works every time!
